Little Bit

My story

Little Bit is a sweetheart who loves her people of all ages, sometimes to the point of being a bit protective, as chihuahuas can be! Believe it or not, she needs a taller fenced yard, and preferably not chain link, since Little Bit has proven that she can jump and climb! She is scared of storms, so may need the company of another dog when her people are not home to endure summers in S.C.! She is energetic and happy, and currently lives with young children and other dogs in her foster home. WE ONLY ADOPT LOCALLY WITHIN A 2 HOUR RADIUS OF THE TRICOUNTY AREA. ***Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard to place dogs. If the animal is under the age of 3 years old or has health issues, a vet reference is required which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name. Adoption fee of $475 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip heartworm test and treatment if needed and any other medical that may be required while in rescue. We only do adoptions on Saturday and not all animals are able to attend so if you would like to see a specific animal please let us know so that we can make arrangements for it to be present at the event. Event locations do vary so please check the homepage to find out where we will be this week. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees since all fees help us to cover medical expenses for all of our animals, some of which can be very expensive.
