My story

What a fun dog! Often in high spirits, he really can be the life of the party. Herbie enjoys people and dog social time, and could likely live in a multi-dog home. To help make sure it`s a good fit, we are requiring a doggie meet-and-greet here at the shelter if he`s being adopted to a home with other dogs. He can be a bit mannerless at times - pulling towards other dogs on walks to greet, and counter-surfing in the home in search of food items to be consumed. A good-natured guardian with a sense of humor will enjoy Herbie`s spunk! At this time, HSBV will only rehome Herbie to a family without children or with children over the age of 10. Additionally, Herbie will only be rehomed to a family without cats. Stop by and meet this boy today!
