My story

Shyla is a friendly 3 year old kitty. She would prefer to be the only cat in the home as she doesn't do will with other cats. Shyla does seem to do ok with dogs though. Look at all this beautiful, fluffy hair on this gal!If you are interested in Shyla, please stop by the Des Moines County Humane Society. We are open from 3-6 Tuesday-Friday and from 1-5 on the weekend. You can also go to our website and fill out an application desmoinescountyhumanesociety.org Our adoption hours are Tuesday-Friday 3-6PM and 1-5PM on the weekends. We are located in Burlington, Iowa. All dog adoptions include a health exam, Rabies, DHPP and Distemper vaccinations, Heartworm check, Sterilization and post surgical pain medication. All cat adoptions include A health check up, FLV and FiV screening, FVRCP and rabies vaccinations, sterilization with pain medications.
