My story

Ladybird is a one-year-old terrier mix with a gentle heart and a lovable spirit. Though she’s new to the shelter, she’s already won us over with her kind personality. Ladybird might be a little shy when you first meet her, but don’t worry — offer her a tasty treat and you’ll have a new best friend in no time! As a young pup, Ladybird has that classic terrier energy — playful, curious, and ready to explore the world by your side. She walks beautifully on a leash and, since she’s lived in a home before, she may already be potty trained (though she might need a little time to adjust to a new routine).Ladybird gets along well with other dogs and especially enjoys the company of her buddy Buddha here at the shelter. If you already have a dog at home and are interested in adding Ladybird to your family, we’d love for you to bring your pup in for a meet-and-greet to make sure it’s a great match.With a little patience, a few treats, and a lot of love, Ladybird will blossom into the loyal companion you’ve been looking for.
