My story

Say hello to Posie, a 3.5-year-old darling with a heart full of quiet courage and love to give. Hailing from Tennessee, this black-and-white beauty is as graceful as a flower in bloom — with soulful brown eyes that speak volumes and a soft, gentle presence that draws you in. Posie is about 30 pounds of pure sweetness — the perfect medium-sized snuggle buddy for someone who believes that love, time, and TLC can work wonders. Posie may have had a rough past, but she doesn't let that stop her. She's loving, playful, and ready for adventure! She may be a little timid at first, but with patience and compassion, she’ll begin to open up like petals to the sun. Posie is ready to grow roots in a forever home, and she’s hoping you’ll be the one to help her blossom. This cutie resides at our Wantagh location and meetings are by appointment only.
