How this pet arrived: Sharon was brought in by a community member on June 8, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Sharon, a sweet and quirky lady with a sleek black coat and striking green eyes that will stop you in your tracks. Sharon is a gentle soul with a unique perspective on the world-she has a neurological condition, likely cerebellar hypoplasia, which gives her a little extra wobble and charm. While she isn't a fan of being picked up, she absolutely loves gentle chin scratches and cozy companionship on her own terms. Sharon came into our care with a few medical concerns, including a left middle ear infection that's been treated with long-lasting ear medication. Despite her challenges, she's been a trooper through it all, showing us just how resilient and affectionate she can be. Her condition doesn't stop her from enjoying the simple joys of life-soft blankets, warm sunbeams, and a quiet spot to nap are her definition of bliss. This lovely lady is looking for a calm, low-traffic home where she can feel safe and adored. Sharon would thrive in a space where she can settle in slowly-confinement at the start will help her feel secure and get used to her new surroundings at her own pace. She's not looking for hustle and bustle, just a patient person who understands her special needs and is ready to let her blossom.
