My story

Meet Edamame! Edamame is a 9-week-old mixed breed pup (possibly shepherd and terrier) with a big personality in a little body. She’s incredibly smart, full of energy, and curious about everything! This clever girl already zips up and down stairs like a pro and is almost fully potty trained—she’s only had one accident since coming home, and that was on her very first day amid all the excitement. At night, she sleeps beautifully with just one potty break, making her a dream for such a young pup. Crate training is still a work in progress, but she’s making steady strides and will get there with a little time and consistency. Edamame loves her toys, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and is always close by, following her people from room to room. We’re not sure how she is with cats just yet, but at such a young age, she’s likely to adapt well with proper introductions.
