What comes to your mind when someone calls you Sunshine?? YES, ME TOO!!! I am definitely a bright light shining Ok, now what comes to your mind when someone calls you Squishy?? Huggable, right?? WELL, NOT SO MUCH!!! I am TOTALLY huggable and love love love my people, however, squishy stands for something else.....get it?? I was surrendered as a little pup with a HUGE rectal prolapse ;( Meaning my butthole was inside out :( It was very scary and painful :( However, it was fixed so quickly because i was surrendered to the vet's office! So, there are several major causes for rectal prolapse, a genetic issue causing a weakness in my rectal sphincter- which would be the easiest thing to fix with surgery.... OR, a dietary issue- food allergy or something else causing constant diarrhea or the urgency that causes the rectum to prolapse..... My rescue peeps (and the vets) were sure that this was a genetic weakness because I was so young ;( However, over the last 4 months we have determined it is either a food allergy or food intolerance ;( We have tried many types of food/protein and yet I still get diarrhea.... SO that is the situation with me. I am the BEST and most CUDDLY frenchie pup you will ever see... but I wear diapers and may end up having to wear them for life.... NOW, if you are still reading this and looking at my adorable face and KNOW you can care for me and LOVE ME for who I am, then you are who I have been waiting for!! My foster mama has been such an angel, she loves me and lets me run around outside naked so I can feel the wind on my butt :) She has a very good routine to keep my butt clean and my diaper on.
