My story

My name is spelled Tigere but pronounced Tiger at the shelter! Iandamp;#39;m a young guy that was living on a chain outside until I was brought to the shelter. At the shelter&#44 I get walks on a leash by the volunteers/staff&#44 and I am a beautiful walker - enjoying the sights and smells. It is glorious to be off a chain.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;People - I love them including kiddos. Havenandamp;#39;t met a stranger yet. The volunteers and staff use the adjective&#44 andamp;quot;SWEETandamp;quot; to describe me. Iandamp;#39;m good with other dogs too. There were other dogs on a chain where I came from. I grew up with them.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I was fortunate to spend a weekend at a volunteerandamp;#39;s home. The volunteer was AMAZED I did not have one accident in the home since Iandamp;#39;ve never been in a home before. We went on two walks a day (morning and evening). Hey&#44 new smells for me to sniff! She was also AMAZED how much fun it was to walk me. We took our time embracing the sunshine&#44 fresh air exploring the world outside the shelter. Passing people&#44 other dogs. One little dog kept on barking at us as we passed. I have no idea why. We ignored the barking dog andamp; kept on moving. Wasnandamp;#39;t going to have him upset our beautiful walk.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;My other favorite thing we did was cuddle while watching a movie and Iandamp;#39;d give her sweet kisses. All I can say is if this is what home life is - I WANT it!andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I do need to build my confidence which I know will come with time. I followed her everywhere she went in the home. Geeez&#44 I was glad when she would stay still for a while so I could lie down and saw some zzzzandamp;#39;s. andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Do you know the song&#44 andamp;quot;What a Wonderful Worldandamp;quot;&#44 sung by Louis Armstrong? It sums up my feelings to a T. I look forward to experiencing all this wonderful world has to offer and I want to share this world with you - my person(s).andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Lots of cuddles/snuggles&#44andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Tigere xoxoxo
