Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Seven, a sensitive young pup who's slowly discovering the world can be a safe and even joyful place. Found curled up with her canine companion on the streets, Seven arrived at the shelter shut down and fearful, seeking comfort only from her crate or her buddy. Over time, with patient care, she's started showing signs of cautious curiosity. Once she feels comfortable, Seven greets familiar faces with a wiggly body, soft eyes, and the gentlest tail wags. She'll sit close, lean into you for pets, and even climb into a lap when she's feeling brave.Seven's ideal environment is a calm, quiet home with adults or older children (12+) and someone experienced in supporting shy or fearful dogs. She thrives with slow introductions, gentle handling, and time to explore at her own pace. A home that embraces positive reinforcement and cooperative care practices will help her continue building trust. Seven may take a little while to come out of her shell-but when she does, you'll see just how deeply affectionate and sweet she truly is..
