How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a community member. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Lando, a gentle and thoughtful soul who's learning to trust and open up day by day. When he first arrived, he was reserved and shy, preferring to keep his distance with a low tail and cautious steps. But with patience, soft voices, and some tasty treats, Lando has begun to show his softer side. Now, he walks calmly on leash, enjoys exploring the yard, and even comes over for quiet cuddles-sometimes placing his head in your lap for a few sweet moments before wandering off to sniff or chase a toy.Lando thrives in a calm environment with people who understand the beauty of going slow. Though he can be a little unsure around new people or surprising sounds, he bounces back quickly with reassurance and continues on with a wag and a curious look. He enjoys a good game of fetch, is easy to leash and re-kennel, and shows signs of being housetrained. Lando would do best with someone who can offer both kindness and consistency as he continues building confidence and discovering the joys of companionship.
