My story

Ivan proudly wears his heart on his side to let the world know that he is a real sweetheart. He is not just sweet. He is playful, mellow, full of love, and very handsome. When he first came to his foster home, he was scared and skittish. He has blossomed into a curious and affectionate young man. While he can still be shy, especially with new people, he just needs time to adjust and get to know them. Once he feels safe, Ivan reveals his playful, silly side and actively seeks attention. He loves receiving affection from the people he trusts. Ivan especially enjoys being petted and brushed. He likes to be picked up and hugged and then let down. He will lay next to his person and purr. He loves playing with his foster friends, his toys, and looking through the window from his cat tree. Ideally, his adopter will have experience with cats, especially those who are on the shy side. A relatively quiet home would be ideal. Ivan currently lives with other cats and a small 20lb dog. He is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
