This spring, he was found tied to a pole in a parking garage in North Myrtle Beach — confused, alone, and still carrying a dangerous, untreated illness.But now he’s with us. And for the first time in a long time, Rackham has hope.Rackham is overdue for treatment. He’s overdue for a loving home. And now, with your help, all of that is possible.
