My story

Meet Rainbow! ??This sweet, squishy-faced girl is as lovable as she is curious. Rainbow is still learning about the world, especially when it comes to doggy social skills. She gets excited and happy when meeting other pups—tail wagging nonstop!—but can come on a little strong. With proper socialization and patient guidance, Rainbow is sure to grow into a well-mannered companion.Rainbow is a bit of a Velcro dog and loves to be near her people. Whether you’re walking around the house or heading outside for potty breaks, she’ll be right by your side. She’s doing well with house training—no crate accidents and just one minor indoor mishap early on. With a consistent potty routine, she does great!When Rainbow first arrived, she was underweight and had some skin issues, but she’s made big strides. Her appetite has picked up, she’s gaining healthy weight, and her skin is healing beautifully.Training is a work in progress—Rainbow doesn’t know basic commands yet and has that classic stubborn bulldog streak—but she’s very praise-motivated and learning each day. She’s especially responsive when yummy treats are involved!Rainbow’s experience with young kids and cats is unknown, but she’s proven herself to be a very sweet-natured and affectionate girl. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little structure and a lot of love, Rainbow could be the perfect addition to your home.
