Meet Arlo – A Resilient Pup Ready for a Fresh Start Arlo is two years old, but he’s already proven to be one tough guy. He was rescued from an unthinkable situation—being used in a drug trade—but his spirit was never broken. Since coming into our care, Arlo has shown us just how loving, loyal, and full of life he really is. With his striking black and white coat and those classic husky eyes, Arlo turns heads wherever he goes. But it’s his personality that truly shines—he’s curious, smart, playful, and incredibly affectionate. Whether he’s pouncing on toys, exploring the backyard, or curling up for belly rubs, Arlo approaches life with a tail wag and a heart full of hope. Arlo is still learning the ropes of being a well-mannered dog. He’s picking things up quickly and would thrive in a home that can provide consistency, training, and lots of mental and physical stimulation. He’d make an awesome adventure buddy for an active person or family! He gets along great with other dogs and would love a four-legged friend to romp around with. We haven’t tested him with cats just yet. Because of his energy and size, a home with older children might be the best match. Arlo’s past doesn’t define him—his future does.
