My story

Hi! My name is Potsticker and I am from Alabama! My name was Potsticker, but my foster mom has been calling me Pumpkin and says I will steal your heart! I’m a laid back fuzzy puppy that loves humans. I love to sleep and snuggle, really I’m all about the comfort…fuzzy blanket, cushy bed, cuddle couch, etc. I will let you know when I need attention and want to cuddle as it’s one of the few times I use my voice. Potty training is easy as long as it is consistent and you notice my cues. I’m starting to go to the door and ask to go outside, and I’m really good about getting my business quickly no matter the weather. The kennel is not my favorite, I would prefer to be close to humans, but if you set a routine and give me comforts I settle in. Overall I have a great personality and you won’t regret meeting me. I’m good with other dogs and like the companionship, but I’m totally fine being the only baby. Cats are unknown to me, but my foster mom anticipates I would leave them alone after initially checking them out. I’ve met older kids and had some exposure to younger kids at age of 6 where we played well. I have no idea that kids could be younger than that.
