My story

Hi there, I'm Dirks! I'm a pretty sweet guy, if I do say so myself. I'm a big fan of cuddles, they make me feel safe and loved. I'm also quite playful, always ready for a game of fetch or tug-of-war. I've got brains too, I'm a quick learner and love to show off my tricks. I've had a bit of a rough past, but I've bounced back stronger than ever. I'm a real sweetheart, always ready to give affection to those who need it. Car rides are one of my favorite things, I love sticking my head out the window and feeling the wind in my face. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
