He takes his job seriously — no cardboard box goes uninspected, no rustle of a treat bag unheard, and no feather toy escapes his calculated pounce. His wise, soulful eyes suggest a life rich with stories, and he`s ready to spend his golden years solving the greatest mystery of all: who gets the comfiest spot on the couch?Despite his detective persona, Holmes is a softie at heart. He adores gentle head scratches, quiet companionship, and observing the world from a perch with just the right view. His ideal home is calm, loving, and filled with curious corners to explore. If you`re looking for a seasoned sleuth with a heart of gold, Holmes is ready to retire his magnifying glass and curl up beside you. ????????ADOPTION PACKAGE:Thank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven. Each cat adoption fee of $125 includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, rabies vaccine and tag (age 3 months and up), microchip, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm preventative, testing for feline AIDS, leukemia, and heartworms, a free starter bag of Hills Science Diet, and coupons from area businesses.Please make sure you review the following as part of the adoption process:· Adopter must be 18 years of age or older.· A current government-issued photo ID (no student IDs) - such as a driver`s license, state ID, passport, military ID, etc.· Have a Meet and Greet with the animal and our adoption coordinator (These can be a virtual Meet and Greet session due to COVID-19)· Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier with them when picking up their new pet.· The Haven accepts cash, check, debit/credit card, or money order.* For adopters of cats and dogs aged 6 months or less, or those with a medical condition preventing immediate spaying or neutering, The Haven requires a signed Spay/Neuter (S/N) Agreement and a $100 cash deposit, refundable upon completion of the spay/neuter procedure.
