My story

Location: Dayton, OH Food: Fromm Pork and Applesauce Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention So my story really starts on the streets of Cincinnati. That’s right, I was an abandoned pup on my own, running the streets. Then one day a human found me and took me to a place called the “shelter”. They gave me food, and water and love, but no one came forward to say I was their loved one. I was so excited when someone came to rescue me and they took me to a family with other dogs for me to play with. So now that I am in a home I am starting to figure out what I want in a family of my own. I wouldn’t be opposed to being an only dog with all the attention, but I also would not mind having other dogs to romp and play with. Don’t have a fence, no worries. I have been happily doing my business on a leash at my foster home. Kids? While there aren’t any of those in this house, the neighbors have a couple cute little girls that I have snuck a few kisses to. I have been good at not jumping on them so far, but they do think I am pretty young so very little kids should be supervised to make sure I don’t scare them with extra energy and my size. I have heard of these small lion type creatures (cats), but I haven’t met any of those yet. I have met the bunnies in my foster home and they are weird, but pretty chill. I mostly ignore them, or just sniff and walk away. I enjoy a regular walk. It reminds me of the freedom I had running wild in the streets. I walk so well on the leash and don’t pull at all. I am almost fully potty trained. I haven’t had an “accident” in my foster home in over a week. Not too bad for a guy from the streets, right? I also don’t mind being in my crate. I’d much rather be out of it and might make you entice me with a treat to go in, but once there I am perfectly comfortable and sleep like a baby without a peep! So if you are looking for a handsome exotic bully that has a sordid past but looks like a guy who spends his time at the gym (I’m pretty buff in case you didn’t know) please click the adoption link and see if I am the right one for you and your family!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Atlas, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
