My story

Hey there, I`m Scrappy, pleased to meet you! Oof, let me do a little stretch..ok, lets play! I`m short but sturdy and, as you can see, missing one eye. I think it makes me look cool, don`t you? Before this, I was living at a place where I didn`t do much except make puppies. Surprisingly, I`m pretty brave, given my limited environment, but I will still need help gaining confidence. I`m not too sure what it will be like living in a real home. Things like doorways and new places, so I hope you can take it slow with me. I`ve certainly been around other dogs before, but, to be honest, they make me a bit nervous. If you have another dog, the staff here can talk to you about bringing them in to meet me to see if we might get along. How I`ll feel about cats and little kids is still TBD. The best way to know if I`m your guy is to come in to the shelter and meet me! I`m hoping to find just the right family soon!
