My story

Howdy from Texas! I am a handsome, tall, and slender Lab mix puppy with a sleek black coat, one crystal blue eye, and one brown eye. I’m about 8 months old, weigh 26.6 lbs, and my name is Panther because I sort of resemble a black panther. Besides being a total looker, I am one cool dude, and a very good boy, friendly and happy, loving and soulful, mixed with a bit of mischievous youngster, LOL! I make a wonderful playmate for both humans and other dogs, and I make friends easily. I have a medium energy level, and I wouldn't mind being a lap-dog, or at the very least, a snuggle-beside-you dog. I'm doing great at housebreaking and do well in a crate, and at night, I get to sleep on my foster mom’s bed. This is quite a stark difference from how my life started… waiting for euthanasia at the local “kill” shelter in San Antonio. Bless my lucky stars when 4 Little Paws Rescue saved 11 dogs and puppies that day, and every one of us is mighty grateful!!! Now my future looks bright, and I am so looking forward to joining a wonderful family anywhere on the East Coast! Inquire about me today! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT.
