Sylvie

My story

Meet Sylvie! She is a 4 yr old female Siberian Husky/Korean Jindo mix that weighs 46lbs. She came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 6/18 as astray. She came in with her sibling Lilah, who looks identical, with a few differences. Sylvie has a more outgoing personality and her nose is more black. It appears she has lived outside as can be seen by the fly bites on her ear tips. She does jump a bit, treat motivated, and take treats gently. She does pull a bit when walking on a leash. She enjoys being petted, and investigating her surroundings. She enjoys chasing a ball too. As we walked past other dogs barking, she did not show any interest in them, but we do always ask if there will be another dog in the home to ask the shelter for a dog test. She hopes that she will have her own loving active family soon that will provide her with a secured backyard to play in, but will live indoors where she can spend time with her loving family. She has such a happy go lucky personality.
