My story

King Afgoo A175656112 lb. neutered male, approx 4 years old -Pictures do not capture the size and silliness of this handsome boy!-He’s big and gentle-Walks slow and steady on a leash-Super friendly and wants to be close for all the pets you can dish out-He’s literally a lap dog and will plop down right on you-He enjoys belly rubs too!-He has so many funny facial expressions-He likes snacks, sits and takes them nicely-Not currently playing with toys-Good boy-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
