My story

Meet Gemma! Picked up in West Philadelphia after having 6 kittens outside in a pizza box. How terrible is that? While her start to motherhood was nothing short of terrifying, she demonstrated a fierce love and commitment to her kittens. She nursed them endlessly, groomed them meticulously, and showed an unwavering dedication in rearing them. Very little is known about Gemma’s life prior to coming into foster care. She can be a little anxious in new situations. One thing is for sure, she has blossomed into a lover of pets and purrs (and laps!). She gets nervous around new people, but once she trusts you, she will love you with all her heart. Her kittens are being prepared for adoption and Gemma deserves that same life! Gemma Star Fire is about a year old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. She is affectionate, friendly, and cuddly. Adoption fee: $100 (plus tax)
