This means it is possible  for the kneecap to move in and out of the patellar groove. This is a common orthopedic issue in small breed dogs.  At this time it is not painful or crepitus and does not cause any trouble. Some dogs will live with a low grade medial patellar luxation their entire life with no problems, however in some dogs it can be progressive and surgical intervention may become necessary. ** Bruno was diagnosed with a grade 4/6 systolic heart murmur on the left side. It is recommended that this continue to be monitored by your primary veterinarian. Heart murmurs can be progressive and medications may become necessary if he exhibits clinical signs like coughing, exercise intolerance or collapse.   Bruno Barks is ready for some fun!   Foster Home Feedback  6/17/25 Foster Feedback: Bruno is a pretty cool little dude. Kennel and potty trained. We havent had a single accident! Bruno Barks  loves squeaky toys, cuddles, kisses and being with you in your arms 24/7. He is the perfect size to carry with you as he likes being held.   Bruno Barks gets along with my dog but deep down i think  wishes he could be the only dog. Has shown signs of dominance over my resident dog.
