My story

NOTE: ROSIE IS IN CLOVIS, CA, AT HER DECEASED PERSON'S HOUSE. THE PROPERTY MUST BE VACATED BY JUNE 30. GSRSV HAS NOT MET ROSIE. WE ARE LISTING HER ALONG WITH OUR OWN DOGS ON THIS WEBSITE TO GIVE HER MORE ADOPTION EXPOSURE. PLEASE SEE END OF THIS PROFILE FOR CONTACT INFO. "Rosie" is an approx 65-lb, 2-3 yr old spayed female GSD mix (appears to be GSD/Lab/???) who is very loving, playful and eager to bond. Rosie is healthy and current on core vaccinations. Rosie is very friendly and adores belly rubs. She is dog-friendly and has lived with several other dogs of all sizes. Cats are an unknown. Rosie is treat & attention-motivated. She walks well on a leash with a little guidance. Rosie has lived outdoors most of her life, but would love to be adopted into a home where she can be with her people both inside and outside. A man named Richard Shadle rescued Rosie from the streets, as he had done for countless other dogs over the course of his life. Sadly, Richard passed away on June 16 and left behind several dogs. Richard's daughter Tory has worked tirelessly to find homes and rescues for the dogs her dad was caring for, and now there are only four dogs left--including Rosie and Crash (see listing on Adoptapet.com). However, Rosie & Crash are still at Tory's dad's rental house, and the property must be vacated by June 30. Please open your hearts and homes to Rosie (or Crash). You'll not only be showing your gratitude to a man whose rescue work you no doubt admire, but you'll be rewarded with a loving companion. Rosie is located in Clovis, CA.
