My story
Frank came in from South Texas with his sister, Skye, on transport! They were dumped at a Dollar General Store where they stayed for days starving and no one helped them. Frank is a brindle boy with green eyes and tons of personality. He weighs about 14 lbs. We know they have not known stability but at Cody's they will find their loving, forever home! ##2366503##
