Meet Colton – The Life of the Party with a Heart of Gold Colton is a 1-year-old bulldog/pitbull mix who came to us as a stray—and we’re stunned no one came looking for this big-hearted goofball. Bursting with energy and personality, Colton made quite the entrance, barreling in ready to play. But don’t let the zoomies fool you—once he’s had a chance to burn off that puppy energy, he settles down beautifully. This toy-loving pup will proudly drop his prize at your feet to invite you into his world of play. He adores affection, loves giving kisses, and after some fun, he’s perfectly content to relax quietly by your side. Colton is strong and spirited, so he’ll thrive with a confident, active owner who can keep up and provide structure. He’s a bit of a door darter—can you blame him? He’s just eager to find his forever family. He’s done well with both dogs and cats, though he plays on the rougher side. We think he’d be just fine with kids, as long as parents help guide him through his puppy-like habits like jumping and the occasional mouthy moment.
