My story

Hi, I'm Pearl! I'm a 4-year-old Chihuahua mix with a whole lot of personality packed into a tiny frame. I'm adorable (seriously, everyone says so), but I'm also particular about who I let into my bubble. I need a calm, low-traffic home with no other pets or small children, and I really appreciate when people take the time to let me come around on my terms.But once I do? Get ready for a total lovebug. I don't believe in personal space-when I'm in, I'm all in. I'll climb into your lap, curl into your arms, and soak up every bit of love you're willing to give. I'm affectionate, loyal, and snuggly with my chosen person, and I'll make sure you always feel special.The shelter can be a bit much for a dog like me, so I'm really hoping to find someone who understands that a little patience in the beginning can lead to a beautiful, cuddly friendship.
