My story

Nickname: Sadie Lady Hobbies: Relaxing, going for walks, and swimming Hi, I’m Sadie Jane—a gentle, mellow girl with a heart full of love. I’m a 4-year-old German Shepherd mix who came all the way from Tennessee to New York after my previous family had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender me due to no fault of my own. They loved me very much, but their medical issues made it too hard to care for me. Now I’m hoping to find someone else to share that kind of bond with. I’m calm, sweet, and housebroken, and I really just want to be by your side—whether we’re taking a nice stroll, relaxing on the porch watching the day go by, or dipping our toes (and paws!) in the water, since I do love a good swim. If you’re looking for a loyal, peaceful companion to share life’s quiet moments with, I’d love to be your girl.
