My story

Meet Inch Worm at The Rescue Crew's new cat adoption center - The PURRfect Match, located at 14033 Round Lake Blvd NW in Andover. Hi there, I’m Inch Worm — a big, fluffy softie with a quiet heart and a love for chin scratches. I may look like a tough guy, but I promise I’m all marshmallow on the inside. I’m the kind of cat who’s happiest with the simple things: a sunny windowsill, a cozy blanket, and someone kind who doesn’t mind sharing a few treats (okay… maybe a lot of treats). I’m a calm, gentle boy who shows my love with slow blinks, happy kneading paws, and full-body roll-arounds when you find just the right spot under my chin. It doesn’t take long to win me over — just a little patience and a whole lot of love. Right now, I’m searching for my forever home where I can finally feel safe and settle in. If you’ve got room in your heart for a mellow guy like me, I’d love to curl up beside you and be your quiet companion. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota.
