My story

Meet Milkshake, a 2-year-old Shepherd mix who was found as a stray and brought to Big Dog Ranch in hopes of finding her forever home. With a moderate energy level, Milkshake enjoys a nice balance of play and downtime. She loves her toys, walks well on a leash, and gets along well with other dogs, making her a great fit for a variety of homes—including those with little to no prior dog ownership experience. Milkshake is mostly housetrained and knows some basic commands, but she’ll benefit from continued training and structure as she adjusts to her new environment. She can be shy or timid at first, but with a little patience, she warms up and shows her affectionate, cuddly side. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion who just needs a bit of time to feel secure, Milkshake could be the perfect match. She’s ready to bring warmth, love, and a wagging tail to her forever home!
