My story

Meet Lauren – The Rambunctious Love Bug with a Heart of Gold Lauren is a young adult dilute calico with a soft, pastel coat and a personality as colorful as her markings! Her journey has been one of resilience and hope—she was previously adopted and moved all the way to Florida. But when life changed for her former owner, Lauren found her way back to the loving arms of Karma Cat Rescue Society, where she’s now waiting for her forever home. This girl is bursting with energy and affection. She’s still very much a kitten at heart—zoomies included—and loves interactive play with her people. A feather wand, a laser pointer, a crinkle ball? She’s all in! She’s also known to get a little mouthy during play (gentle nibbles included), so a home without very young children would be best. When the zoomies settle, Lauren becomes your purring shadow. She’s a “secretary cat” who will follow you from room to room, happily supervising whatever you’re doing. She loves to curl up beside you for snuggles, soak up pets (the more the better!), and sleeps at your side or at the foot of your bed. Window views, climbing trees, and scratching posts are highly recommended—this agile girl loves to leap, perch, and bird-watch. She’s smart, curious, and yes—she knows her name! Lauren is looking for a home that appreciates her playful spirit and loving heart. She’s ready to bring joy, laughs, and late-night zoomie entertainment into your life. Could she be your perfect match? Lauren is FIV/FeLV negative, up to date with vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed.
