My story

WATCH MY VIDEO...We have so many questions for 2-year-old Nilla. How did she lose her eye? Was she used for puppies? How long did she suffer with Heartworm disease? If only she could tell us… Nilla has clearly been through so much in her short life. She was found in a rural community, so sadly, her past is a mystery. What we do know that she is sweet as can be! This beautiful gal is calm, friendly, very laid back, likes to explore and enjoys getting treats. She is not reactive to the other dogs in our kennels, but a meet and greet is always recommended here at the shelter. We’re happy to report Nilla just received her final Heartworm treatment from our clinic. Nilla has so much love to give, she just needs someone to give her a chance.
