My story

Introducing Antonio! He was brought to the shelter on 6/8 because he was on a journey to find his way home and got lost. Sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. So he is on a quick search to find a forever home that will keep him safe and sound so he doesn't have to experience a loud, overcrowded shelter ever again. Antonio is only a year old and weighs a mere 67lbs. The volunteers describe him as a nice dog who is sweet, cute, a little timid but has warm up very quickly. He may know some simple commands such as lay down. Once he is in a good home and have decompressed, he will be able to show you his talents. Teach him what he doesn't know already. He may have been an outside dog his entire life, perhaps on a farm. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 83; his ID is 10742. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. When choosing your forever pup, please take the time to make sure you have the space, time, devotion, patience, and lifestyle to ensure Antonio has the best upbringing possible. He deserves that so much! Antonio is current on vaccines, will be neutered and microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Antonio is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for his forever family to save his life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
