Whoever adopts this precious girl will have definitely won the lotto! She is super affectionate and seems to love dogs and humans equally. Honestly, she hasn't met a stranger yet and she has one of the wiggliest butts ever! Lotto enjoys toys, especially tennis balls. And there's more...not only is she beautiful, but Lotto is a smart girl who already knows some basic commands and is quickly mastering her leash walking skills.
