8.5.25- HW TX #1 Diroban 2.2ml IM R epaxial. RX: Pred 10mg 1 tab PO BID for 7 days, then 1 tab PO SID for 7 days then 1 tab PO EOD for 14 days. RX: Gabapentin 300mg give 1 tab every 8-12 hours for pain/rest. CC RX: filled by PJ
