My story

Pookie was found by a good samaritan as a stray.  Because he was so cute she thought he just got out by accident.  No one came looking for him after an exhaustive search.  He was dumped.  He was not taken care of and unwanted as he lived in a back yard.  Lonely and isolated.  Now he is living his best life with other dogs and a loving foster family.  He is heartworm positive  but we are treating him.  He is happy and well adjusted now.  He weighs 18 lbs and is about 5 years old.  He might be a Springer Spaniel if not a Cocker Spaniel.  He is a beautiful brown color with big, pretty eyes.  He is very much a perfect gentleman.  He does not bark and he is house trained.  He enjoys other dogs as well as cats.  ##2437511##
