My story

MEET RUSTIE! Rustie was surrendered to Kitty Devore Rescue at the tail end of February 2025 at the age of just three months by a kind soul who found him abandoned just outside of their home. We secured him a long-term foster home, and being a young kitten, he settled in quickly and adapted easily to his new indoor-life routine. As a kitten, Rustie has an abundance of energy. He loves to wrestle with other kitties, chase string toys, and even play some fetch with plush mice! Don't let his high energy levels fool you, though; Rustie is a snuggler through and through. He loves receiving pets and curling up with his humans on the sofa while they watch TV. You may even find that he wants you to lift the covers while you're in bed so he can snuggle under them! Adorable Rustie relishes the company of other kitties, too, and would thrive in a home with another kitty his own age and energy level. Rustie, now neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, seeks a forever home filled with love and people who have the time to provide him with ample attention and affection and the love and care he deserves for the rest of his life.
