My story

Tutti Key Characteristics: &#239&#130&#183 5 years old (estimated), blonde chihuahua, 2.6 kg &#239&#130&#183 Fabulous demeanor! Smart, loving, cuddly, kind &#239&#130&#183 Initially nervous, needs a minute to know you’re safe &#239&#130&#183 Playful, joyful side coming out (“wrestling” with his people, playing with toys) &#239&#130&#183 Good with resident dogs. Needs a minute to know visiting dogs are safe (chases them). &#239&#130&#183 Agile, no mobility issues. Has not yet learned to use stairs so he gets carried. Bilateral luxating patellas but does not hinder mobility. Tutti is adjusting quickly to living with us as he loves people! He just needs a little time to know you’re safe (he drops to the ground, no growling or snapping) then he excitedly seeks attention. He wants to please his people and craves affirmation. He is good with our resident dogs, no aggression. Will initially chase visiting dogs but calms down with time. He loves company and will always be found near his people and/or resident dogs. While Tutti is a loving lap-dog, he is very good at being independent when you’re busy. He has not yet been left alone since being in foster care. When training him in a dog-pen, he will initially whimper and bark a little before settling down but it’s short-lived. When the dog-pen is left open, he will actually choose to nap there independently at times. While Tutti is excellent at going potty outdoors, he was recently neutered and wears a belly band for marking indoors at this time. Tutti loves going for neighbourhood walks and is quickly learning leash skills. He is kind and curious towards dogs he meets on walks. Tutti sleeps cuddled up with his people in their bed at night. He relaxes quickly and sleeps soundly all night. We just love this wonderful little boy and the fun energy he brings to our home!June 23, 2025, 3:40 pm
