My story

Meet Fiona! 🍌💛 This sweet, petite Golden Retriever mix was rescued from the Imperial Valley shelter and is ready to find her forever home! Fiona is a gentle soul with a playful spirit. She loves bananas, splashing in water, and chasing her favorite toys. She’s great with kids and gets along well with medium to large dogs. 👉 Due to her prey drive, Fiona should not be placed in a home with cats or very small dogs. She’s already had some basic training — she knows “sit” and “shake,” is treat-motivated, and completely housebroken. Fiona sleeps quietly through the night in her crate like a dream. Fiona has a medium energy level. She enjoys short or long walks and playing fetch, but more than anything, she loves being close to her people (and dog siblings too!). If you’ve always wanted the heart of a Golden Retriever but in a more petite package, Fiona is your girl. She’s affectionate, fun, and ready to bring joy to your home! 🐾💦🍌
