My story

Are you looking for something unique? How about the rare orange female! Turns out we have several of them right now but still...only about 20% of orange tabbies are females.  Madelaine is a beautiful orange and white lady. Friendly and energetic she loves to play and cuddle.  Apply to adopt to be the first to meet Madelaine.  She has a spay appt on 6/26 and then she will be ready for adoption after that.  All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
