My story

Jack is a 4-year-old, 18-pound pup with a heart that’s just waiting to feel safe and loved. While he may not know many commands yet, he does know how to walk beautifully on a leash — one of his favorite things to do! Jack can be nervous and unsure around new people and unfamiliar places, so he’s looking for a calm, patient person who can give him the time and space he needs to come out of his shell. Once he feels secure, his true personality begins to shine through. Because of his anxiety, Jack can get a little snippy when he’s feeling overwhelmed. He needs someone who understands that love, consistency, and a slow pace will help build trust and confidence. If you’re someone with a gentle heart and a quiet home, Jack might be the loyal companion you’ve been looking for.Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.
