Name: Timber         Best Guess for Breed:   Lab mix Best Guess for Age:  2 years as of June 2025        SEX:    Female   Approximate Weight:   70 lbs   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.   Timber is Looking For: Her forever home! This gorgeous Lab mix landed in a shelter due to no fault of her own, and she's closed that chapter. She's eagerly awaiting her new humans for sniffy walks and romps in parks and all the adventures they can dream up. She's a nice size for keeping up with you on your expeditions!   Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed - yeah, she wants those too - but you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to be safe and loved and under her own roof., In exchange she promises to bestow upon her humans quite a stockpile of adoring gazes and loyal companionship for all her days. What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update this once she has spent some time with her foster Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
