My story

Maya is the sweetest little long body short legged dog ever. Our vets even say she would make sure for a great therapy dog Guessing age is between 2-5 6/25 she had a mouth surgery to look over her broken jaw. She had 21 teeth removed but not all of them!! She is healing now and will be looking for a home in July She is a super sweet girl who has even already traveled on a plane and made everyone fall in love at the airport She’s good with other dogs, cuddly and oh so cute. She is housetrained and will go to the door to let you know if she needs to potty. She sleeps soundly in her crate at night and chooses it throughout the day for a nap if the couch is not available. She loves people and her favorite things is to cuddle. She is our all start at adoption events as she just walks up to everyone asking for cuddles, including kids She does bark at new dogs at first especially if they are bigger than her but once she gets to know the dog shes great with them. She is also a survivor of distemper and has a slight twitch and is Heartworm positive which our rescue will pay for the treatement and we did xrays to confirm no long term effects with that
