My story

Meet Brella Ella, also known as George, a gentle and curious 1-year-7-month-old cat who blossoms with patience and love. This sweet boy thrives in a calm, quiet home where he can explore, hide, and take his time getting comfortable. While he may be startled by loud noises or fast movements, once he trusts you, he’s a total sweetheart—rubbing up for pets, lounging nearby, and even following you around like your shadow.Brella Ella enjoys playing with string toys, chasing, and exploring his surroundings, but he also loves quiet moments curled up on your lap or in bed for a cozy snuggle. He’s litter-trained, eats a balanced diet of wet and dry food, and is a clever cat who appreciates having plenty of safe spots to hide and observe.After some time in his foster home, Brella Ella has become much more affectionate—he doesn’t mind being picked up, is cuddly (he’s even been crawling into our bed for a few hours at night), and is super energetic and playful. He no longer hides when we’re home and is often out waiting for us when we come back. He gets VERY excited about food and treats. He recently met a few new people and did great with them.This sensitive boy would do best in a peaceful environment with patient adults who understand his need for space and slow introductions.
