My story

DOB: Feb 11, 2023 Flora is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved. Flora is 98% love, 2% chaos (blame the other cats for that last part). She’s a sassy, spirited girl who adores attention—most of the time. You’ll often find her rolling onto her back, chirping a sweet “Brrr?” to request pets. Ignore her too long, though, and you might get a playful nip on the ankle—a firm reminder that Flora likes to be noticed on her terms. She’s formed a quirky bond with her fellow foster cats and kittens—though her version of friendship often involves the occasional wrestling match. Think of her as that one friend who shows affection through sparring. Playtime is her outlet, especially with wand toys, which help keep her energy and sass well-balanced. Flora is low-maintenance: great litter box habits, no food fussiness, and she's happy to entertain herself. While she doesn’t typically seek out laps and isn’t much for being carried, she’s affectionate in her own unique way. Due to her short fuse and bold style of love, she'd do best in an adult-only home where her boundaries are respected. Flora would thrive as the queen of her own calm, cat-savvy kingdom—with you as her loyal subject, of course.
