My story

Meet Winston Luke, a 4-year-old, 29-pound Schnauzer mix with a gentle heart and a shy soul. Winston came to us from another shelter, and while he may be timid at first, it doesn’t take long to see the sweet, affectionate pup underneath. Once he trusts you, get ready for the zoomies—his favorite way to show just how happy he is to see you! Winston truly thrives on human connection and would do best as the only pet in the home—no other dogs, cats, or small animals. He’s working on his potty training and making steady progress, and he’s already doing well on a leash. He loves toys, gets excited for treats, and enjoys running around the yard and getting all the good sniffs in—outdoor time is one of his favorite parts of the day. With patience and a calm, loving environment, Winston Luke will blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be. Ready to open your heart to this shy sweetheart? Winston’s waiting to meet you! Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
