My story

Henry Standing Bear is a sweet and talkative little grey kitten with two white back feet and a touch of white on his chin. He’s the most vocal of his brothers and will meow sweetly to let you know he’s ready for some love and attention. Curious and affectionate, Henry loves to explore, wrestle with his brothers, and bat his spring toy around with joyful energy. When he’s feeling especially cozy, he suckles his blanket—a heart-melting sign of comfort and contentment. He’s a loving, playful boy who thrives on companionship and would do best in a home with another playful pet to keep him company.Meet Mathias, Henry, Ferg, Walt and Branch at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd, from 12-4pm on Saturday during our weekly adoption event.  All cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative.  Apply to adopt to be the first to schedule a meet and greet.  Get $50 off a pair of kittens. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
