He’s sweet and affectionate once he gets to know you, but he can be nervous in new situations or around unfamiliar people. With a patient and understanding approach, Nolan warms up and becomes a loyal, loving companion.He would thrive in a home that can match his energy level and provide him with structure, gentle guidance, and outlets for both physical and mental activity. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
